Please Note: DCRWD #7 recently had to raise its rates in order to keep up with continuing increases in materials and the costs of maintaining and doing business for the district. New rates went into effect with June 2023 billing.
Standard Residential Service Rates
| Monthly Minimum: $30.00 per meter Zero water is included in monthly minimum. |
In addition to monthly minimum, subscribers are billed for the amount of water consumed. |

Technology Fee:
The district now adds a $1.00/month technology fee to each subscriber's bill to assist with ongoing technology expenses to better serve district residents which include updated billing software, website maintenance and hosting, online bill payment service, and ACH service fees.
Late Fees:
Bill payment received after the due date is subject to a $5.00 late fee. Late fees will be added to subsequent billing until payment in full is received by due date.
