It is with great sadness that the DCRWD #7 Board announces that Chairman James "Jim" Keath suddenly passed away on March 17, 2025. Besides being a great friend, his leadership and administrative skills will be greatly missed by the DCRWD #7 Board of Directors. Vice Chairman Mike Rowan has assumed the role of Chairman for DCRWD #7.
